Aya Husni Bey
Aya has specialized in art, play and mindfulness for over 15 years and utilizes all 3 methods in counselling. She works with adults, children and young people dealing with a wide range of issues. These include: anxiety and stress; depression and low mood; relationship issues; trauma; abuse; low self-esteem; as well as many other issues.
Aya began her work in 1999, starting with difficult families in Lebanon where she was employed by the UN. She has since worked in Libya and London, in a variety of therapeutic disciplines including: the Carl Rogers school of person-centred counselling (PCT); mindfulness training; play therapy; leadership training; and spiritual retreats.
She also runs the dance group TIC (The Individualist Convention), a playful, expressive approach to well-being.
